Our story
Fifteen years ago, in the halls of a hospital in Delhi, a radiologist and a research scientist met with a shared commitment: to exchange knowledge and collaborate on complex cases.
What began as professional discussions soon became something larger — a shared frustration with the gaps they kept seeing in diagnostic care, and a shared vision of what a better diagnostic centre could look like. One built around clinical rigour and genuine compassion in equal measure. One where advanced imaging, research and expertise existed not as impressive credentials on a wall but as daily tools in service of real patients facing real uncertainty about their health.
Over time, their partnership grew beyond work. United by the same values of precision, innovation and compassion, they built a life together — and kept building toward their shared professional dream.
That dream arrived in Preston in 2026. Elixier Diagnostics is the centre they spent fifteen years imagining: radiologist-led, properly governed, designed from the ground up around the patient experience rather than institutional convenience.
Every clinical decision, every report, every governance arrangement reflects the same intention that began in those hospital corridors in Delhi — to bring genuine clarity to people navigating their health.
The people behind it
Dr Manish Gupta
FRCR, GMC registered. Consultant Radiologist at NHS Hospital, with subspecialty interests in paediatric, breast, trauma/acute care, oncology, postmortem CT and teleradiology.
Dr Jyoti Arora Gupta
Ph.D. in Molecular Genetics. Currently working with research delivery at NHS community trust and continuously supporting team processes to enhance participants experience and involvement.

Your scan report is produced or clinically supervised through an appropriate Consultant Radiologist pathway.
Clarity about appointments and results
We explain what happens next, communicate through agreed timescales and act through the urgent-findings process when necessary.
Everything in one place
Ultrasound, X-ray, CBCT, DEXA, blood testing, preventive health and private GP consultation are brought together in one centre.
